Downloadable products
Unfortunately I am not able to offer refunds for digital downloads.
Digital products and services are immediately accessible and downloadable so it is not possible to refund them according to art. 59, lettera “o”, d.lgs. n. 206/2005 – Codice del Consumo, Eccezioni al diritto di recesso.
Please feel free to contact me before purchasing should you have doubts or questions regarding the product or the order process.

Private lessons Programs
Lessons can be 30, 45, or 90 minutes long, depending on the plan you purchase.
Access to the materials and resources provided during the lesson or course is free and unlimited.
All lessons must be booked in advance.
It is possible to reschedule a lesson within 1 month maximum from the end of the program/plan purchased. Please remember to notify me at least 24h prior to the lesson you need to reschedule.
If you need a full refund, please contact me no later than 1 week before the first lesson takes place or the programs starts.
All payments are advanced.
Please indicate if you prefer to pay via bank transfer, and you will be receiving the IBAN number in a separate email.
Live Workshops
Tickets to the live classes are fully refundable until 24 hours prior to the lesson. You can request your refund here.
Email courses
Email courses (automatic delivery of the materials via email) can be refunded if you do not sign up for the email sequence or if you request to stop the sequence immediately after the first lesson is delivered. You can make your request here.
Self-paced courses
Self-paced courses are immediately available after purchase therefore not refundable according to art. 59, lettera “o”, d.lgs. n. 206/2005 – Codice del Consumo, Eccezioni al diritto di recesso. Please feel free to contact me before purchasing should you have doubts or questions regarding the product or the order process.
Membership
Membership plans are billed automatically either monthly or yearly.
Monthly payments are billed each month on the same day of the first sign up. Yearly payments are automatically re-billed each year on the same date as the first payment.
Monthly payment plans can be cancelled at any time from your payment portal. Alternatively you can ask me to do it for you by contacting me here.
You can require a refund only for the current/same month you ask to be refunded and before the materials are delivered.
Yearly plans can be cancelled at any time from your payment portal. Alternatively you can ask me to do it for you by contacting me here. Any months left in the membership can be refunded.
All the materials received in the membership are yours forever.
